After years of trials and reformulations American Polyfilm is proud to announce the widespread availability of our new breathable line of polyurethane film. We manufacture this specialty product as an unsupported film on rolls. From this form the film can have adhesive and liner applied or it can be die cut to your specifications etcetera. Our breathable tpu film is also performs well in laminations to produce breathable textiles. We can deliver this film in thicknesses of 1 mil with widths up to 70 inches wide.
In testing, American Polyfilm's breathable material exceeds 1800g /m2 per 24 hours. The test performed was ASTM E96 desiccant method.
And of course the product still exhibits polyurethane film's mechanical properties like high durability, abrasion resistance, low temperature flexibility, etc.
